What happens to your clothes with us
Dry cleaning means cleaning a garment in a liquid fluid rather than washing it in water. The result depends as much on the handwork before and after as on the fluid itself. Every order follows the same sequence:
Logging and inspection
Each piece is written on your claim ticket. Pockets are emptied; missing buttons, loose seams and existing stains are noted and, where needed, reported to you.
Label and fabric check
We read the care label and separate wool, silk, cashmere, viscose and synthetic blends. If a piece is not suitable for dry cleaning, we suggest the right alternative.
Stain pre-treatment
Oil, coffee, wine, make-up or ink stains are each treated according to type. Rubbing a stain or using hot water can set it, so we recommend bringing stained pieces as they are.
GreenEarth cleaning
The garment is cleaned in a silicone-based fluid that does not react with fabric. Because no perc is used, no harsh solvent smell is left behind.
Pressing and final check
Finished with steam and a hand iron at the right heat for the fabric: trouser creases, jacket lapels, shirt collars and cuffs. After a final check it goes on a hanger and into a garment bag.

Suits and jackets
We recommend cleaning the jacket and trousers together so both keep the same colour and texture. Shoulders, lapels and lining are shaped with steam, and the trouser crease is set by hand.
Coats, parkas and wool overcoats
Cleaning heavy outerwear before storing it for the season helps stop stains from setting. Pieces with leather, suede or fur trim are assessed separately at pickup.
Shirts and blouses
Shirts are washed, and collars, cuffs and plackets are pressed by hand. They are returned on hangers, never folded.
Dresses, evening wear and wedding dresses
Sequinned, beaded, lace or silk pieces are inspected one by one at pickup. For evening wear and wedding dresses we confirm the treatment and timing when you order.
Knitwear, curtains and home textiles
Knitwear is cleaned gently to keep its shape. Curtains and bedding are washed and pressed.
Ironing-only service
For clothes that are clean but creased, we also offer ironing on its own. Shirts, trousers, dresses or curtains: just say “ironing only” when you order.
Pressing is done with steam and a hand iron at the temperature on the care label. Pressed pieces are never folded; they come back on hangers in garment bags, ready for your wardrobe.
Why a silicone-based fluid instead of perc?
Traditional dry cleaning commonly uses a chlorinated solvent called perchloroethylene (perc). Instead, we work with licensed GreenEarth®, a liquid silicone fluid derived from sand.
The fluid does not react chemically with fabric. It is gentle on delicate fibres such as silk, wool and cashmere, helps preserve colour and shape, and leaves no harsh solvent smell on your clothes.

Dry cleaning prices depend on the type of garment, its fabric and the treatment it needs. Tell us what you are sending by phone or WhatsApp and we will give you the price before any cleaning starts. Pickup and delivery are never charged.
Standard orders are usually ready within 24–48 hours. For evening wear, wedding dresses, curtains and pieces that need special care, we confirm timing when you order. You can pay on delivery.
Dry cleaning questions
Can dry cleaning damage my clothes?
Not when the method suits the fabric. We read the care label and sort fabrics before cleaning. If a label says a piece must not be dry cleaned, we suggest another method.
What if a stain does not come out?
Old, ironed or dye-set stains will not always come out completely. If we see that risk, we tell you at pickup or before cleaning starts.
How should I treat a stain at home?
Do not rub it, try hot water or detergent, or iron over it. Gently blotting liquid with a clean cloth is enough. Telling us what the stain is and when it happened helps us choose the right treatment.
How often should a suit be dry cleaned?
Not after every wear. Without a visible stain or odour, cleaning every few wears or at the end of the season is usually enough; steaming in between is kinder to the fabric.
