We agree a pickup window that suits you and note any directions or building access details.
We collect from your door
We count the pieces with you and write each one on your claim ticket. Any visible stain or damage is noted.
We clean and press
Each piece is cleaned without perc, the way its fabric needs, and pressed by hand.
We bring it back
Standard orders are usually back within 24–48 hours, on hangers and in garment bags. You can pay on delivery.
Where we collect
We offer pickup and delivery across all of Ankara. Whichever district you are in, including Çankaya, Keçiören, Yenimahalle, Etimesgut, Sincan, Mamak, Altındağ, Pursaklar and Gölbaşı, there is no extra charge for pickup or delivery.

If you cannot be at the address at a particular time, let us know in advance and we will agree another time for pickup or delivery.
What to expect at the door
No special preparation is needed; any bag will do. Suits and evening wear can be handed over on hangers. Checking pockets are empty and pointing out stains helps us do a better job.
Your claim ticket lists every piece on its own line. At delivery you can check your clothes against the ticket, so you get back exactly what you handed over.
Why use pickup and delivery?
Instead of driving to the dry cleaner, looking for parking and racing opening hours, your clothes are collected from your door. For bulky or frequently cleaned items such as suits, coats and curtains, that saves real time.
Soon you will be able to request a pickup in a few taps through our iOS and Android app and our online booking system. Until then, we take orders by phone and WhatsApp.

Is there any charge for pickup or delivery?
No. Pickup and delivery are free; you only pay for cleaning and pressing. We give you the price before any cleaning starts.
Which districts do you cover?
All of Ankara. We collect and deliver in every district, including Çankaya, Keçiören, Yenimahalle, Etimesgut, Sincan, Mamak, Altındağ, Pursaklar and Gölbaşı.
What if I cannot be at the address?
Let us know in advance and we will agree another time for pickup or delivery.
How do I pay?
You can pay on delivery. We confirm accepted payment methods when you order.
